In yet another unsavory twist in the ongoing saga of Joe Biden’s embattled son, Hunter Biden, new evidence has been unearthed by the New York Post that points to suspicious activity surrounding Hunter’s monthly “rent” payments to his father for a Wilmington, Delaware, residence.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the residence in question is the same place where classified material was discovered in the garage last week, next to Joe Biden’s corvette, as reported by RSBN.
According to a report from Breitbart, Hunter Biden’s reported monthly “rent” of $49,910 incredibly matches the rental deposit linked with House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington D.C. that Hunter terminated the lease with after his deal with CEFC China Energy Co. reportedly went south.
Per the outlet, the New York Post exhumed the following email to Hunter from House of Sweden general manager Cecilia Browning regarding a deposit for an office space:
“If you are willing to terminate the lease of #507 – the owners are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31, 2017. Please note that there is a security deposit paid by you of $49,910 which will be returned within 15 days after the termination of the lease (after inspection of normal wear and tear).”
Their report noted that Hunter did eventually terminate the lease on the office space, but there has been no explanation offered at this point as to why the amount was the same as the rent that Joe Biden’s son reportedly paid on the Wilmington, Delaware, residence.
Oddly, several sources have reported that Joe Biden did not allegedly report receiving rent from his son on the Wilmington residence in his taxes. PJ Media stated that according to a Schedule E portion of a 2017 tax return form, Joe Biden supposedly only reported $19,800 in “rents received” and no rent received in 2018.
