State Senator and GOP gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano, R-Pa., fried the FBI’s political machinations in the wake of a shocking raid on a young Pennsylvania family last week. “The continued weaponization of the FBI and persecution by Joe Biden’s DOJ against ordinary Americans is an outrage,” Mastriano wrote in an official statement.
According to Fox News, Mark Houck, a father of seven children, was arrested by the FBI on Friday for allegedly “assaulting” a Planned Parenthood clinic escort in 2021. The outlet additionally reported that Houck was the co-founder and president of a Catholic pro-life ministry called “The King’s Men.”
“This morning, a heavily armed SWAT team of dozens of FBI agents raided the home of Mark Houck of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and terrified children inside over a case that was long thrown out by the District Court in Pennsylvania,” Mastriano said. “Mark and Ryan-Marie Houck’s seven children were traumatized and in tears as they witnessed their parents held at gunpoint and their father hauled away in handcuffs.”
Per Fox News, the assault case against Houck was weak, with his wife stating that the so-called “assault” involved her husband pushing back a man who was yelling obscenities at their young son while providing counseling outside of a Planned Parenthood clinic. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the case was dropped by a district court.
However, Fox News reported that the Department of Justice picked the case up in 2022.
Greg Price, a senior digital strategist for X Strategies, further expanded on the situation, stating on Twitter, “In October 2021, he [Houck] was counseling when a pro-abortion protester leading people into the building threatened his son and yelled obscenities at him, Houck then pushed the man away from his son. He was never charged for it and the man tried unsuccessfully to sue him.”
The FBI’s dramatic raid on a private citizen is yet another example of the DOJ’s escalation in conducting raids on political opposition leading up to the November midterm elections. In August, they raided the home of the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump. Further, according to multiple sources, at least 35 Trump allies were raided by the FBI in September, as previously reported by RSBN.
Mastriano, who has been endorsed by President Donald Trump in his bid for governor, promised Pennsylvanians that the continued weaponization of the FBI by the Biden administration would halt if he was elected in November:
“As Governor, I will not allow the police state of Joe Biden to enforce his persecution against his political enemies on sacred Pennsylvania soil. Not on my watch.”
