President Donald Trump remains committed to Truth Social as Twitter’s future hangs in the balance.

In a scorching statement on Truth Social this weekend, the 45th president wrote, “Sooo many people are leaving Radical Left Fake Account Twitter for TRUTH.” Expressing his excitement about social media users leaving Twitter and joining Truth Social, he added, “How cool is that?”

Trump continued, “They BADLY want me back on Twitter – ZERO INTEREST, it won’t happen.”

Twitter was a fundamental component of President Trump’s communication strategy throughout his campaigns and presidency. And Twitter mutually benefitted from Trump’s popularity until they banned him from the platform after the Jan. 6 capital riot.

Elon Musk has indicated that he will reinstate Trump’s Twitter account if his acquisition of the company completes later this year. However, Trump has made it crystal clear that he will not be returning to the social media platform.

Recently, Trump stated, “I think Twitter is going down.” He added, “The biggest trouble of all for them is that, no matter how many times they may ask, or admit they were wrong, I will never go back on Twitter again – TRUTH IS BETTER!”

Despite calls for the 45th president to return to Twitter if Musk reinstates him, Trump remains fully committed to Truth Social. As he pointed out, “We only speak the TRUTH!!!”

In a separate post, Trump exclaimed, “TRUTH IS ‘HOT,’ Twitter is NOT!”
