President Trump issued a major warning on Thursday following further judicial interference in immigration policy. His warning came in response to the actions of a Massachusetts federal judge who issued an order stopping a deportation flight of illegal immigrants with violent criminal histories.

In a Truth Social post, Trump criticized the decision and pointed out that it directly conflicts with his electoral mandate.

“A Federal Judge in Boston, who knew absolutely nothing about the situation, or anything else, has ordered that EIGHT of the most violent criminals on Earth curtail their journey to South Sudan, and instead remain in Djibouti,” Trump said. “He would not allow these monsters to proceed to their final destination. This is not the premise under which I was elected President, which was to PROTECT our Nation.”

The administration has defended the deportation flights, pointing out the seriousness of the criminal histories among the deportees. Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin called the district judge’s actions “absurd” and characterized the decision as an attempt to usurp the function of the executive branch regarding decisions on immigration policy.

Trump emphasized the judiciary’s lack of understanding of the details of each deportation situation and how its interference could lead to disastrous future consequences regarding border policy.

“The Judges are absolutely out of control, they’re hurting our Country, and they know nothing about particular situations, or what they are doing — And this must change, IMMEDIATELY!” Trump said.

“Hopefully, the Supreme Court of the United States will put an END to the quagmire that has been caused by the Radical Left. If this is not worked out quickly, and the World is watching, our Country will be under siege again, with hundreds of thousands of hardened criminals, “BREAKING DOWN THE WALLS,” he continued.

Trump also pointed out the strain on resources that occurs when deportation efforts are impeded by the judiciary.

“We were also forced to leave behind, in order to watch these hardened thugs, a large number of ICE Officers, who would otherwise be in the United States, protecting our Citizens,” Trump said.
