After the first presidential debate on June 27, President Trump displayed dominance with his strength, clarity, and high energy as a forward-thinking leader.
Meanwhile, Biden’s senile age, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities were on full display at the center of the debate stage. There was a deep contrast between both presidential candidates’ performances.
Biden’s weaknesses exposed a deep concern for his health
Biden’s lack of mental and physical stamina became more apparent for the world to see. His inconsistency in his ability to lead, walk up stairs, and form full sentences as our nation faces crisis after crisis raises concerns.
Many viewers were confused at Biden’s blank facial expressions. There were moments during the debate where he visibly stumbled with his words. President Trump brought up Biden’s confusing tangents and said, “I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence; I don’t think he knows what he said either.” President Trump fired back and denied Biden’s false claim.
Biden also accused President Trump of making false statements about veterans by mentioning “suckers and losers” in France during World War II. Biden mentioned his late son Beau, who died of cancer, and told President Trump, “My son was not a sucker, he was not a loser. You’re the sucker. You’re the loser.” President Trump fired back and denied the false claim.
On the other hand, every second counts during the debate. In many instances, Biden froze with over a minute left to respond to many questions. This indicates a sharp decline in Biden’s stamina and mental comprehension.
Trump asserts confidence and leadership on the debate stage
In contrast, President Trump projected himself as presidential, poised, and confident. He emphasized his achievements and experiences during his first term with detailed responses. His dominance during the debate assures voters of his leadership capability to lead America back into greatness and prosperity again when he is reelected for his second term.
President Trump rightfully said the truth: Biden is the worst president in American history, and America is suffering.
President Trump looked unfazed by the constant attacks from Biden and the CNN moderators as he redirected the conversation towards his substantive policy stances, ranging from the economy, abortion, and immigration.
President Trump’s emphasis on law and order and upholding America First values reinforces his appeal to his supporters and independents alike. President Trump dominated the debate as the winner, and he will undoubtedly fulfill his promise to Make America Great Again.
