Mask mandates are making a comeback in some areas, causing conservatives to rally against Covid-19 restrictions.

CBS News reported about new variants on Tuesday. While speculation is high, CBS was unable to fully confirm the accuracy of current Covid testing, stating that the tests “seem to work.”

Despite this, Lionsgate Studios in Hollywood has already announced a mask reinstatement, per Forbes. In addition, Morris Brown College in Atlanta is also bringing back a requirement for students and staff members to wear masks on campus for the next two weeks.

Rumors that the nation will be forced into another lockdown are now circulating on social media, but conservatives are once again questioning the necessity for any new mandates and standing up for individual rights.

Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., posted to X stating, “I keep hearing whispers of COVID restrictions coming back.”

“Nope, not going to happen. We’re not complying with that,” she declared.

Comedian Tim Young said, “I’m never wearing a mask again.”

Fox News commentator Tomi Lahren also joined in. She noted, “Y’all liberals can wear masks in the shower (given you actually shower) for all I care.”

Then, she added, “We will never be forced to wear them anywhere ever again.”

America First leader and Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake said, “I hear that the Covid-19 Election Variant may be coming back. I Will Not Comply.”

Political commentator Gunther Eagleman wished a “Good Night to everyone who will not comply with any COVID mandates” on Tuesday night.

“Masks and vaccines never worked,” he concluded.
