American conservatives and political allies of the 45th president are taking a firm stand for the leader of the MAGA movement amid news that President Trump is set to face a third indictment related to a Jan. 6 grand jury investigation.

“WITCH HUNT,” the House Judiciary Committee stated on Twitter just after the news broke.

As reported by RSBN, Trump announced on Tuesday morning that he had been notified via letter that the Biden DOJ and special prosecutor Jack Smith had ordered him to appear before the January 6 grand jury, which he stated “always means an Arrest and Indictment.”

This indictment would be the third this year for the president, who has already faced charges in Manhattan (34 charges) and Miami (37 charges).

MAGA Inc., spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt released a statement, explaining, “Joe Biden continues to weaponize the government to target his chief political rival. This is election interference. Polling shows that President Donald Trump is the Republican best positioned to beat Joe Biden. Fortunately, President Trump will not back down. He will be back in the White House and he will restore greatness to our beloved nation.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., a staunch Trump ally, wrote on Twitter, “I STAND WITH PRESIDENT TRUMP!!!”

She later continued, “Jack Smith has weaponized the federal government against President Trump in a complete lie about January 6 to cover up the crimes of Joe & Hunter Biden and their entire criminal family. The Democrats want to arrest every one of their political opponents. It’s hard to recognize our country anymore.”

Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, shared his own experience and delivered some insight into the situation. He wrote, “I was harassed for hours by the Jack Smith grand jury as his anti-Trump prosecutors argued with me about challenges to the 2020 election, including whether or not I watched Trump’s election night speech. Having witnessed firsthand their abuse of power, no surprise these partisans now want to arrest Trump on political charges. This is a dire threat to the rule of law.”

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., told the press on Tuesday that the American people were “tired” of “weaponized government” that goes “after those who politically disagree with them.”
