The Biden administration autopen scandal continues to frustrate Americans seeking answers. America First leaders in search of justice for any misappropriation of power that may have occurred during the Biden term are still investigating who was in control.

President Trump called it “the Biggest Scandal in American History” in a Truth Social post on Tuesday. He added, “Whoever used it was usurping the power of the Presidency, and it should be very easy to find out who that person (or persons) is.”

“They did things that a Joe Biden, of sound mind, would have never done, like, Open Borders, Transgender for everyone, men in women’s sports, and far more,” he went on, and then offered hope for Americans, stating, “Fear not, however, we will bring America BACK, BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!”

This came as his Crypto Czar David Sacks named a high-profile Democrat Senator as the alleged auto pen author during a Fox News interview with Jesse Waters.

While discussing the future of cryptocurrency, he stated that Joe Biden wasn’t signing presidential actions. “Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen,” he stated.

He explained that Warren has sought to drive cryptocurrency “offshore,” noting how she doesn’t support expanding cryptocurrency in the United States.

According to Politico, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has been building an “anti-crypto army” since 2023. She opposes non-government-controlled wealth and recently voted against the Genius Act while sponsoring an anti-crypto bill titled the Digital Asset Money Laundering Act of 2023, according to Stand with Crypto.

Whether Warren committed autopen overreach to further her political agenda remains uncertain, but speculation persists.

Just last week, Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., also asserted that “Unelected bureaucrats took advantage of Biden’s cognitive decline & ran America with an autopen. THIS IS ELDER ABUSE.”

He called on Congress to invalidate the Biden autopen actions, adding, “This is the biggest scandal in American history. We need answers.”
