The crisis in Eastern Europe has escalated since early 2022 while Russia and Ukraine have duked it out over the past several months of intensifying wartime violence.
As Americans feel the pressure of crushing inflation and rising gas prices, the Biden administration has displayed absent or fumbling leadership, choosing to send billions of dollars to Ukraine in their bid to stave off Russia’s attacks. In doing so, the Biden regime has effectively funded a proxy war against Russian President Vladmir Putin, putting the United States into a precarious position on the global stage.
According to a report from The Hill, Americans’ fears of nuclear war have escalated since the Russia-Ukraine conflict began in February, with a new Reuters poll finding that 58 percent of U.S. citizens indicated that they are afraid the country is heading toward a nuclear war.
The fears are not unfounded as rumblings of Putin’s potential nuclear options swirl through the media and as Ukraine refuses to cede territory to the Russian empire.
At a time like this, strong, unflinching American leadership is absolutely essential. Unfortunately, the U.S. is short on strong leadership, but there is a chance to reverse course if Americans take their grievances to the ballot box in the November midterm elections.
Trump Gave Us the Blueprint for Peace
During President Trump’s administration, the world was at peace. Russia did not dare invade Ukraine, and the 45th president managed to smooth over tense relations with global kingpins like North Korea. As previously reported by RSBN, Trump oversaw the termination of the ISIS Caliphate and relocated the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, impressively brokering the historic Abraham Accords.
Since Joe Biden stepped into the White House, the world has been thrust into chaos. Trump’s effective “peace through strength” approach to foreign policy was chucked out the proverbial window by the Democrat administration.
Now, Trump has spent the entirety of 2022 stumping for a dazzling slate of stellar America First candidates, using the full brunt of his political power to position patriotic freedom fighters to retake Congress.
In an exclusive interview with RSBN, President Trump stated that he was “very concerned about our country.” He added, “I’m very concerned about having World War III because we’re talking about a different level of war than anyone’s ever seen, because of the weaponry we’re talking [about]…”
Trump’s concern reflects the worries of the entire country.
War by Proxy
The Biden administration has inconceivably funneled billions of dollars into Ukraine while American citizens struggle beneath the crushing weight of domestic economic woes. Per Reuters, the U.S. will be sending another $725 million in security assistance to Ukraine, bringing the total amount of aid up to $17.5 billion.
Yet, Biden has allowed the U.S. southern border to remain wide open, welcoming in millions of unvetted and illegal international migrants, effectively facilitating a form of foreign invasion on U.S. soil.
Biden’s refusal to assuage Americans’ internal woes has led to nationwide weakness and vulnerability. The border is wide open, unvetted illegal migrants are flooding in, crime is skyrocketing, fentanyl is pouring into the country, supply chains are endlessly knotted, and the price of goods and services are on the rise.
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, remarked on Twitter that the possibility of World War III was very real. “If Russia is faced with the choice of losing Crimea or using battlefield nukes, they will choose the latter,” he wrote. “We’ve already sanctioned/cutoff Russia in every possible way, so what more do they have left to lose? If we nuke Russia back, they will nuke us and then we have WW3.”
Malicious Democrat Failure
The absurdity of the Russia-Ukraine crisis and the ongoing problems within our own borders paints an unflattering and malicious portrait of today’s Democrat Party. It begs the question: is the Biden administration merely incompetent or are they deliberately driving our country into the ground?
Former Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard recently announced her decision to leave the Democrat Party, eviscerating them for being an “elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness.” She added that the Democrat Party was also “dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.”
In 2022, the line has been drawn in the political sand, providing Americans with a crystal-clear contrast between the detrimental effects of Democrat policies and Trump’s strong America First policies.
As the midterms loom, Americans should look closely at the horrifying reality of potential nuclear war and take that concern into account when they are casting their ballots. If the tides turn red, a Republican Congress will pave the way for a 2024 comeback in the White House.
The first step toward implementing safe and sane foreign policy is to facilitate a political shift toward conservatism in Congress.
“The choice in this election is simple, if you want the decline and fall of America, then vote for the radical left Democrats,” Trump told a crowd of eager patriots in Michigan this month.
The sanctity and integrity of the ballot box has never been more important. This year, the future of western civilization could be on the line. Vote wisely, America.
