Several federal agencies were alerted for nearly eight years about President Joe Biden’s youngest son, Hunter Biden, regarding suspicious and potential criminal activities, according to a new Just the News report.

Just the News reported that it is believed that since 2015, Hunter Biden has had multiple instances in which both state and federal agencies were notified of serious allegations, and yet he was never charged in any of them. In fact, it was not until this year that some of the allegations have now become part of a defunct plea deal between Hunter and the Department of Justice.

“Every time some agency — whether it be the IRS, whether it be the FBI — whomever started to investigate. I don’t know if it’s for fear of embarrassing Joe Biden or for fear that it would eventually lead to Joe Biden. But for whatever reason, some deep state actor steps in and says, ‘Stand down, call it off,” House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer told Just the News

In May 2015, the Morgan Stanley bank had flagged suspicious transactions involving Devon Archer, a close friend and previous business associate, as well as Rosemont Seneca, an investment and advisory firm Hunter had helped start, the outlet reported.

Two whistleblowers revealed that Morgan Stanley had brought their concerns to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to documents provided by Congress and obtained by Just the News. However, the allegation only led to the arrest of Archer.

Then in November 2016, a Morgan Stanley vice president filed a formal complaint with the SEC “offering new information concerning additional securities frauds being perpetrated,” according to the complaint. However, according to Just the News, it is unclear how the SEC ever formally handled the complaint.

In the fall of 2018, Hunter Biden purchased a firearm while struggling with an addiction, reportedly lying to authorities on the background check questionnaire in order to obtain the weapon. While the firearm was disposed of by Biden’s significant other and former sister-in-law, Hallie Biden, outside of a local store, the Delaware State Police declined to charge him with a crime, according to Politico.

It was not long after this incident that a former federal prosecutor approached the U.S. Justice Department in lieu of a foreign witness who claimed to have evidence that then-Vice President Joe Biden had “exercised influence to protect” his son’s employer in Ukraine by offering money to the family in return, according to Just the News.

By the end of 2018, Hunter Biden was also tagged by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) due to uncovered payments to prostitutes that the agency had found. Two IRS whistleblowers had come forward stating that Hunter Biden had not only paid for prostitutes “related to a potential prostitute ring,” but he also had them travel across state lines violating the Mann Act

However, Hunter Biden was never charged for violating the Mann Act or any crimes involving prostitution.

Just a little over a year later, in December 2019, Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop was obtained and verified by the FBI. Although the laptop contained evidence of alleged tax crimes the IRS was beginning to build a case for, the Department of Justice, according to IRS whistleblowers, worked to allegedly obstruct the investigation.

Finally, in December 2020, Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, published an unclassified FBI document containing confidential information discussing an alleged bribery scheme involving both the president and his youngest son and a Ukrainian gas company.

According to the unclassified document, a Ukrainian gas company had hired Hunter Biden in order to gain access to President Joe Biden to help the firm allegedly brush away an investigation into its dealings. In return for the access, Biden was paid $10 million.

Although there have been a number of alleged accusations against Hunter Biden, he has not been charged for being involved or connected to any illegal activities. However, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee continues to state that they will progress in their investigation of Joe and Hunter Biden.

“Well, there’s two things we’re investigating; the Biden crime, and the Biden crime cover-up. And the cover-up continues to grow and expand,” Comer stated to Just the News.
