President Donald Trump welcomed the Monday Supreme Court ruling to uphold presidential immunity.

He posted to Truth Social noting the power of this interpretation of the law and stated, “It is brilliantly written and wise, and clears the stench from the Biden trials and hoaxes.”

President Trump called out the “unfair attack” of these “fake cases” and predicted that plenty of these legal battles “will now disappear.”

“GOD BLESS AMERICA!” he concluded.

RSBN reported that this came after the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that “The nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority.”

“He is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts,” the ruling added.

The precedent set by this case led the 45th president to double down on his defense that his legal troubles are “witch hunts” and should be dropped, via RSBN

Various conservatives agreed, vocally heralding the ruling on social media.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, wrote, “Lawfare lost bigly today at SCOTUS.”
