Three Republican senators are now rallying behind former President Donald Trump, endorsing him as the 2024 GOP primary nominee elections draw closer.

Since early Decemeber the presidential primary elections now only have four potential candidates after North Dakota Republican Gov. Doug Burgum dropped his name from the ballot.

With supporters of his now deciding to chose who to endorsement, some have pushed for the 45th president making the momentum behind Trump even stronger.

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., officially endorsed President Trump on Wednesday morning, reaffirming his support.

“President Trump doesn’t need to worry. I’m with him. He’s asked me several times to support him. I said yes. And I’ve been saying for a year that I think he’s gonna be the nominee. I support him. I’m gonna vote for him,” Hawley told Politico. “Don’t worry — you can put me down as support, endorsed, stand with.”

Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., announced his support for the former president on X (Formerly Twitter) last week, stating that he is “honored to stand” with Trump.

“I am honored to stand with Donald J. Trump as he embarks on a mission to restore peace, prosperity and freedom in our great nation,” Cramer wrote. “Lets consolidate Republican support around the leader of our GOP and ensure a Republican victory in 2024. Work with him to Make America Great Again!”

Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D. additionally showed his support for Trump online, stating that the 45th president is “strong on issues” that are similarly important for the state. Hoeven emphasized on Trump’s “support” for the farmers, highlighting the need for good “farm policy.”

“President Trump is strong on the issues that are important for North Dakota. That includes making America energy dominant, reducing the regulatory burden, securing our border, growing our economy and strong support for our military,” Hoeven posted on Facebook.

“I’ve also had the opportunity to work with President Trump to support our farmers and he truly understands how vital strong farm policy is to our state and our nation,” Hoeven stated.

Another senator to endorse Trump prior to the fourth GOP debate last week was Sen. Katie Britt, R-Ala., releasing an op-ed to local news outlet Yellow Hammer.

Within the piece, Britt slammed Biden for turning the “American Dream” into a “nightmare for so many families,” emphasizing on his failure for the drug crisis, southern border crisis, and the economy.

Britt stated that Trump has not only previously shown that he can “successfully” do the job, but that he will “achieve peace through strength.”

“One candidate has already proven he’s more than up for the job – because he’s done the job successfully. There is one candidate I know will secure the border — because he’s done it. There is one candidate I know will achieve peace through strength — because he’s done it,” Britt stated. “And that’s why President Donald Trump has my endorsement to be our 47th President.”

“Results matter – and the results of his strong leadership as the 45th President of the United States are clear for all to see. These past three years have felt like an eternity, but I’m sure you recall how much better off we were under the Trump Administration,” Britt continued.
