President Donald J. Trump is gearing up to head to the midwest states of Wisconsin and Michigan where he will rally supporters on his day off from the witch hunt trial in New York.
Trump will first give remarks in Waukesha, Wisconsin, at the Waukesha County Expo Center on Wednesday, May 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. During his speech, the 45th president will “contrast the peace, prosperity, and security of his first term with Joe Biden’s failed presidency,” a statement from his campaign announced.
In the evening, Trump will deliver remarks at a MAGA rally in Freeland, Michigan, on May 1, at 6:00 p.m. ET. This will be the president’s first trip back to Freeland, located in Saginaw County, since 2020.
