In God We Trust: Trump’s defense of Judeo-Christian values is unmatched

President Donald Trump is a true fighter for the foundational values that built the United States of America. Today, the world can see the glaring contrast between the America First policies of the Trump administration and the tyrannical and often twisted agenda items of the Biden White House.

For Christians and those who uphold a Judeo-Christian worldview, President Trump was inarguably the strongest political fighter for the American faith we’ve ever had.

His fight for innocent life is unrivaled

In 2020, President Trump became the first president in history to speak at the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. Per Fox News, Trump told the massive crowd, “It is my profound honor to be the first president in history to attend the March for Life. Unborn children have never had a stronger defender in the White House… Every life brings love into this world. Every child brings joy to a family. Every person is worth protecting.”

In a January interview with David Brody on “The Water Cooler,” Trump noted that nobody had done more for the pro-life movement than he had. Indeed, had Trump not appointed three conservative Supreme Court Justices during his time in office, Roe v. Wade, which has been the scourge of churches everywhere for decades, would never have been overturned in June 2022.

Last year, Trump rightly called the termination of the pro-abortion ruling the “biggest WIN for life in a generation.”

People of faith should note that incredible strides toward protecting the unborn were made during the Trump administration, and the president deserves credit for that.

He protected the free speech of American churches

For years, American churches have been throttled by the muzzling legal ramifications of the Johnson Amendment, which has barred 501(c)(3) organizations from endorsing political candidates or from taking part in political processes. In 2017, Trump took a swipe at the weaponization of the “power of the state” and signed an executive order aimed at easing those limitations, via ABC.

Trump stated regarding the executive order in 2017, “No one should be censoring sermons or targeting pastors. You are now in a position where you can say what you want to say…We are giving the churches their voices back.”

Trump’s move to elevate the voices of faith in the United States was unprecedented, and you can bet that when he’s president again, he will continue to go to bat for American churches just as he has in the past.

He is committed to protecting God’s design for gender

The Biden White House has made a mockery out of science with its dogmatic bent toward tyrannical mandates and hedonistic policies. The most notable, perhaps, is the White House’s 2022 open advocation for transgender sex-change operations and its endorsement of the dispensation of puberty blockers and hormone treatment for transgender minors, per Fox News.

In an age where the word “woman” cannot even be defined by radical left talking heads, President Trump has clearly set himself apart from the gender confusion raging through culture by taking a strong stance against the chaos. “The left-wing gender insanity being pushed on our children is an act of child abuse,” Trump stated in a recent policy video.

He promised to sign a new executive order if he becomes president again that will instruct every federal agency to stop all programs that “promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age.” He would also ask Congress to “permanently stop taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures and pass a law prohibiting sexual mutilation in all 50 states.”

For those who espouse a Judeo-Christian worldview, the parameters of biological gender are clearly defined in Genesis 1:27: “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

Trump is a common-sense leader who will stand unshakably against the desecration of the specialness of God’s design for gender and protect American children from falling prey to those who are pushing the transgender agenda in public schools and beyond.

He will stop human trafficking and halt the drug cartels

President Trump waged war on human trafficking while he was president, and he was right to do so. Human trafficking preys on two of the most vulnerable demographics in the world: children and women. According to the United Nations, 71 percent of victims of human trafficking are women and girls, and one-third are children.

In January 2020, Trump signed an executive order on Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation in the United States. Per the White House Archives, by signing this order, Trump created the first-ever White House position dedicated solely to fighting the scourge of human trafficking, in addition to releasing a National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking.

Trump recently commented on his vow to ‘wage war’ on the cartels in New Hampshire.

Trump also recently called for the implementation of the death penalty for both human traffickers and drug traffickers in the United States. “I’m calling for the death penalty for drug dealers and human traffickers, which will, upon its passage, reduce drug distribution and reduce crime in our country by a minimum of 75 percent on the first day that this policy is instituted,” he stated in November 2022 in Vandalia, Ohio.

For Christians, Matthew 18:10 advises, “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.”

Trump’s relentless pursuit of protection and justice for “little ones” and the most vulnerable people in the U.S. is a testament to his dedication to upholding common-sense protective policies that nurture law, order, and safety.
