House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, took the stage on Friday afternoon for a special session with CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp, where he touched on the House committee’s investigation into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. He also discussed the ongoing investigations into Hunter Biden’s alleged foreign business dealings.

Rep. Jordan first discussed Fani Willis’s subpoena that she had received from the Judiciary Committee, which is looking into her handling of federal grant funding and whether there was any alleged misconduct involved.

He said “there’s a whistleblower in her office” that may shed more light on the investigation. He also noted that Willis “made the U.S. Marshals take the subpoena there” to her office.

When asked about the ongoing murky business dealings of Hunter Biden and its connection to his father Joe Biden, Congressman Jordan stated that the younger Biden was scheduled to testify next week in a deposition.

He also shared an inspirational message to Americans who may feel beleaguered or beat down by the two-tiered justice system and weaponization of the legal system in the United States today.

Jordan said, “The left controls the media, the left controls Big Tech, the left controls big corporations, the left controls big sports, the left controls academia, the left controls Hollywood, the left controls the bureaucracy, the left now controls the United States Senate, and they control the White House BUT the left doesn’t control WE THE PEOPLE.”

He added, “That is always what this country’s about.”

Earlier in his remarks, he stated, “President Trump is going to be our nominee, I think he’s going to win…let’s get behind President Trump.”

Jordan later  reminded Americans that Trump was “at the top of the ticket” and would be “willing to go fight for us” and when asked if Republicans were going to win in November 2024, Jordan confidently responded, “We are.”
