Fox News host Tucker Carlson vindicated the prisoners of Jan. 6 on Monday night with the release of Capitol security footage, revealing evidence that the “insurrection” of 2021 was a “giant SCAM” that was perpetrated by the Jan. 6 Committee.

President Donald Trump reacted to the revelations in the footage, congratulating the host on snagging “one of the biggest ‘scoops’ as a reporter in U.S. history.”

“Congratulations to Tucker Carlson on one of the biggest ‘scoops’ as a reporter in U.S. history,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The New Surveillance Footage of the January 6th Events sheds an entirely different light on what actually happened. The Unselect Committee was a giant SCAM, and has now unequivocally been stamped as CRIMINAL FABRICATORS OF THIS MOST IMPORTANT DAY. Pelosi & McConnell failed on security. The Police story is sad and difficult to watch. ‘Trump’ and most others are totally innocent, LET THEM GO FREE, NOW!”

Carlson explained in his initial segment that his team was given “unfettered access” to the more than 40,000 hours of surveillance footage by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif. He noted that his team was not, however, given access to facial recognition software, which was “significant.”

“For more than two years, we have wondered why some in the crowd that day who seemed to be inciting violence were never indicted for it,” he said. “We assumed these were federal agents of some sort – we still assume that. And in fact there were many examples of behavior we saw on those tapes that didn’t seem to make sense – men in civilian clothes holding doors open for protesters, escorting others through the Capitol, etc.”

One segment from Carlson’s presentation of the footage even shows a Capitol police officer escorting the famous “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley through the building. For reference, Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison for his “role” in the so-called “riot,” per The Guardian.

“A whole new, and completely opposite, picture has now been indelibly painted,” Trump continued in his comments. “The Unselect Committee LIED, and should be prosecuted for their actions. Nancy & Mitch were a disaster on Security. Thank you Kevin and Tucker. FREE AT LAST!!!”

As reported by RSBN, around 25 people have been incarcerated in prison in Washington, D.C., for taking part in the “insurrection” of Jan. 6 while the security surveillance footage has been hidden from the public.

Speaker McCarthy’s release of the security footage from Jan. 6 brings a measure of justice to those who attended the protests at the Capitol Building that day.

“It doesn’t answer every question about January 6 – far from it,” Carlson remarked. “But it does prove, beyond doubt, that Democrats in Congress, assisted by Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney, LIED about what happened that day. They are liars. That is conclusive. And that fact should prevent them from EVER being taken seriously again.”
