Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., had fierce words for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Wednesday, calling for his arrest and accusing him of “trying to incite civil unrest.”

“Now it’s time to arrest Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for prosecutorial misconduct after hiding hundreds of pages of exculpatory evidence!” she wrote on Twitter.

“Bragg is on the verge of indicting an innocent former President and top Presidential candidate against the opposing ruling party,” Greene added. “Bragg is breaking the law and trying to incite civil unrest with his Soros funded political war. Hold him accountable!”

Greene was referring to reports that Bragg has allegedly been “hiding” around 600 pages of exculpatory evidence from the New York Grand Jury investigating President Trump, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

This information comes from attorney and Fox News contributor Gregg Jarrett, who told Tucker Carlson this week that characters involved in the case, including Alvin Bragg and Mark Pomerantz, should be “facing disbarment proceedings” for allegedly withholding documents from the jury.

On Thursday, Trump slammed Bragg for refusing to drop the case. He wrote on Truth Social, “WHY WON’T BRAGG DROP THIS CASE? EVERYBODY SAYS THERE IS NO CRIME HERE. I DID NOTHING WRONG! IT WAS ALL MADE UP BY A CONVICTED NUT JOB WITH ZERO CREDIBILITY, WHO HAS BEEN DISPUTED BY HIGHLY RESPECTED PROFESSIONALS AT EVERY TURN. BRAGG REFUSES TO STOP DESPITE OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY.”

Rep. Greene’s comments follow a move from the House Committees on the Judiciary, House Administration, and Oversight and Accountability to demand cooperation from the Manhattan DA’s office in handing over documents and communications related to the investigation of President Donald J. Trump.
