Republicans from all walks of life are rallying around President Donald Trump as he faces yet another indictment this year, this time in Fulton County, Georgia, where District Attorney Fani Willis has charged him with 41 counts related to allegedly attempting to “overturn” the 2020 presidential election results.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, wrote on X, “Today’s indictment is just the latest political attack in the Democrats’ WITCH HUNT against President Trump. He did nothing wrong!”

Republican presidential candidate and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy released a statement yesterday, following the Fulton County court’s premature online posting of a potential indictment for President Trump. Ramaswamy called the indictment “disastrous” and even offered to volunteer to “write the amicus brief to the court myself” arguing that the case should be dismissed due to alleged violations of constitutional due process.

Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk commented, “The actual indictment is identical to the one the Fulton County clerk called ‘fictitious.’ Frauds. Throw it out.”

In Florida, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., issued a statement on Tuesday that slammed the legal attacks in Georgia against the 45th president. He explained, “The latest Trump indictment in Georgia was prematurely posted online, announced at a late-night press conference & cites an election night ‘victory speech’ as the first act of a conspiracy A 3rd world spectacle carried out by a local prosecutor with political ambitions that far exceed her professionalism[.]”

Remarkably, on Tuesday morning, Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., had not yet issued a statement on President Trump’s indictment. However, another Florida lawmaker did his part to support Trump: Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., noted on X, “Trump IS NOT fading under pressure from these legal fights. He knows & the American people know this is a 2-tier system of justice at work. This is the gross unfairness we see in 3rd world countries, NOT American values & it’s going to take Republicans to stand up & fight back.”

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., additionally lent a commonsense response to the cacophony of voices, stating, “Justice should be blind, but Biden has weaponized government against his leading political opponent to interfere in the 2024 election.”

Attorney Harmeet Dhillon pointed out on X that Republicans notoriously dumped “billions of dollars on losing” and paying political consultants, while for far less money, “the far left can put a woke DA into office and shred any law, rule, norm by both action and inaction. When will we wake up? Maybe too late.”

As reported by RSBN, President Trump has stated that he will be delivering a report to the press next Monday in Bedminster, New Jersey, that will present evidence of 2020 presidential election fraud and potentially result in his “EXONERATION” in the Georgia case.
