Rising Above: President Donald J. Trump is the Adversity-Proven Candidate

The American people are seeking a candidate with a successful track record and tested experience to be the 47th President of the United States. As both China and Russia test the Biden Administration flying nuclear-capable fighters near the coast of Alaska in a deliberate threat to America, President Donald Trump stands as the only candidate with proven success in keeping the nation safe.

While the democrats scramble to compete in crucial battleground polls, ultimately replacing President Joe Biden as their nominee for Kamala Harris, the American people can find peace and strength in President Donald Trump.

President Trump’s survival of an assassination attempt and his call to “Fight, Fight, Fight” summarize his presidency and character. From the outset of his term as the 45th president, President Trump confronted adversity with the false Russian collusion investigation. He weathered two politically motivated impeachment trials and led the nation through the COVID-19 crisis with unwavering determination.

Since leaving office, more politically motivated charges and trials were brought against President Trump, and he even survived an assassination attempt. From the media’s biased coverage to academia’s portrayal of President Trump as a threat to democracy, and the Hollywood elite’s refusal to acknowledge him as president, President Trump has faced unprecedented opposition. Yet, he remains the most formidable political figure the nation has seen in recent years.

Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio recently said, “Since Day 1, I was with Donald Trump. He is my only hero ever in my lifetime, and he will be the next President of the USA!”

Arpaio, a warrior-like man himself, described President Trump as his hero. While the left will attempt to further destroy President Trump’s campaign, including smearing him at every chance they get, President Trump has proven his resilience, determination, and ability to thrive under pressure.

What president secured the southern border? Who met and engaged with America’s enemies to ensure the safety of the American people? President Trump best embodied Ronald Reagan’s motto of Peace Through Strength, accomplishing both. President Trump was mocked while in office when he declared the crisis at the southern border as a terroristic threat. No one is laughing now, with drug cartels perhaps serving as the biggest threat to America’s safety.

All signs point to panic within the Democratic Party. Once the media and Hollywood abandoned President Biden, the left had no choice but to force him out and replace him with Vice President Kamala Harris.

It appears that much of the media and some within the American public seem to overlook the fact that Harris has a direct association with this horrible economy and was even appointed as the person in charge of the border crisis. We would be mistaken if we thought replacing Biden with Harris was the last and final surprise to be thrown at President Trump. MAGA and Trump supporters should expect further obstacles but can find comfort in President Trump’s ability to handle such adversity.

And honestly, President Trump’s warrior mentality is what the nation needs to succeed. Dare we say President Trump’s refusal to submit to fear in his attempted assassination is similar to Winston Churchill’s never surrender speech?

A quick analysis of the recent Republican National Convention shows that the GOP, led by President Trump, is a force to be reckoned with. Gaining new supporters daily, Republicans know that their party’s platform is changing, and one that is centered on President Donald Trump’s policies and legacy.

While some voters may remain uncommitted or even refuse to vote for President Trump in November, this begs the question: Do Americans genuinely want safety and prosperity?

During President Trump’s time in office, the nation was safe; the economy flourished before Covid-19, and housing prices were affordable. If Americans vote with their checkbook and eye test in foreign policy, the choice is as straightforward as ever. A vote for President Donald Trump is a vote for safety, security, and economic growth.
