In a post-pandemic world, the GOP is raising questions about the safety and side effects of the Covid vaccine in the wake of wrestling through tyrannical mandates and government-sponsored pushes to receive the shot.
In January, the Pentagon officially ended its Covid vaccine mandate after countless members of the Armed Forces were forced to choose between their careers and their medical autonomy, as reported by RSBN.
A new public opinion poll from Rasmussen asked both Republicans and Democrats recently if they knew anyone whom they believed could have died as a result of side effects from the Covid vaccine. Per their survey, 26 percent of Republicans said yes, while 33 percent of Democrats also said yes.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene asked on Twitter on Sunday, “Is there a correlation between fetal demise and covid vaccines?”
Over the past year, an uptick in “sudden deaths” from heart attacks or myocarditis has caused trepidation and concern among Americans who have been quick to attribute the phenomenon to the Covid vaccine.
An article from Forbes touched on these concerns, particularly as it pertained to the “safety signal” announced by the CDC and FDA in relation to the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid booster shot.
Per Forbes:
“A ‘safety signal’ is when a greater than expected number of people have some type of adverse outcome. In this case the CDC found in their Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) surveillance system that those 65 years and older, a higher than expected number of people had suffered ischemic strokes within 21 days (compared to 22 to 44 days) after getting the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 bivalent vaccine. They didn’t find the same kind of signal in other Covid-19 vaccines such as the Moderna bivalent booster.”
Recently, former Newsmax and OANN White House correspondent Emerald Robinson spoke with 21-year-old Army National Guard Karolina Stancik on her show, “The Absolute Truth.” The young woman alleged she had suffered two heart attacks after receiving the Covid vaccine.
Even Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., has taken an interest in investigating potential wrongdoing regarding the Covid vaccine, calling for a grand jury to take a look at how the efficacy of the vaccine has been presented to the public, per Fox News.
According to the outlet, DeSantis stated during a roundtable in December, “In Florida, it is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug.”
He also noted a “minuscule” benefit to taking the vaccine and that “there is a risk for doing it…so why can’t our medical establishment acknowledge that? Why the deception? Why have they continued to do this for two years?”
According to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), there have been 33,591 Covid vaccine-related deaths reported. Additionally, the VAERS site stated that there had been a total of 1,499,447 Covid vaccine adverse events reported.
Per VAERS, their system only accounts for about one percent of vaccine injuries.
