President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social Tuesday morning calling out Biden and his administration as “rigging dogs,” claiming that new evidence “will be made available” to the public during his ongoing court trials.
“Has anyone noticed that the election rigging Biden administration never goes after the riggers, but only after those that want to catch and expose the Rigging dogs,” Trump stated. “They are rigging dogs.”

The 45th president was hit with four federal indictments beginning earlier in the year, totaling up to roughly 91 criminal counts across four different states. Trump is also battling more than a half-dozen lawsuits, according to The Hill.
“They are horrible cheaters and liars. Massive information and 100% evidence will be made available during the corrupt trials started by our political opponent. Think of it – I got indicted by my political opponent,” Trump continued.
The first court appearance for the former president regarding his federal indictments was June 2023 in Miami, pleading not-guilty to 37 felony counts accusing him of illegally storing classified documents.
However, as for lawsuits, the former president’s most recent court appearance is this week in Denver where a left-leaning political group is requesting that Trump be taken off the state’s 2024 ballot due to his alleged role in Jan. 6.
If the case is pushed through it could potentially affect other states such as New Mexico, Minnesota, and Oklahoma where similar cases were filed.
“My political opponent indicted me because I challenged the election which was rigged. We will never let 2020 happen again,” Trump stated.
Regardless of Trump’s lawsuits and indictments though, the 45th president is still remaining as the leading candidate within polls for both GOP primary and general elections, according to FiveThirtyEight.
“We’re going to make America great again, greater than ever before. We have to do it now. 2024 is going to be the most important election in the history of our country. We’re going to bring back America,” Trump concluded.
