On Sunday, the world learned that former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with “aggressive” prostate cancer, prompting an outpouring of bipartisan sympathy nationwide, tempered with questions about whether Biden had been suffering from such a condition for a longer period than has been publicly revealed.

While sitting President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania extended their “warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family,” even wishing the former president a “fast and successful recovery,” many questions have remained.

For example, in 2022, while speaking in Massachusetts, Biden remarked that he had “cancer.” The Biden White House bobbed and weaved over this comment, and ultimately, it was swept aside. Now that Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis has gone public, some have wondered if this was a Freudian slip.

Joe Biden’s observable decline unfolded before the world’s eyes throughout his presidency. He made frequent gaffes, wandered off stages, and fell down stairs while climbing Air Force One.

Americans were rightly concerned about Biden’s health during his administration. After all, the president holds the nuclear codes, among many other critical responsibilities.

“We’re going to start looking into this whole thing with who signed this legislation,” President Trump said on Tuesday, while speaking to the press.

Trump was referring to suggestions that Biden could have used an autopen tool to sign documents on his behalf, which has led some to question who was really making decisions in the Oval Office between 2021 to early 2025.

The question has become so pressing that it has prompted an investigation from the House Oversight Committee, spearheaded by Chairman James Comer, R-Ky.

“Key decisions made in the final days of the Biden presidency, including using autopens to issue blanket pardons for the Biden Crime Family, must be fully examined. There are serious concerns that President Biden lacked the mental capacity to authorize those actions,” Comer said in an official statement.

This accusation related to the use of the autopen is especially pointed on the heels of last week’s release of exclusive audio between Special Counsel Robert Hur and Joe Biden. The audio, released by Axios, has been politically damning, revealing Biden’s difficulty in answering questions and remembering basic dates.

“Whoever had control of the ‘AUTOPEN’ is looking to be a bigger and bigger scandal by the moment. It is a major part of the real crime, THAT THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2020 WAS RIGGED AND STOLEN!” Trump wrote last week on Truth Social.

In March, RSBN‘s own Robert McNeily asked President Trump whether Biden’s executive orders were “null and void” if an autopen was used for these documents.

Trump replied that he thought so, but noted that the decision ultimately did not lie with him. “It’s not my decision,” he told RSBN. “That will be up to a court, but I would say that they are not because I’m sure Biden didn’t have any idea that it was taking place and somebody was using an autopen to sign off and to give pardons.”

Consistent with his comments in March, President Trump told the press on Tuesday that he didn’t think Biden knew what was going on regarding legislation. “I don’t think he knew,” Trump remarked, commenting on the open borders crisis.

“Who was operating the autopen? This is a very serious thing – we [had]a president who didn’t sign anything…he opened the borders of the United States of America,” he said.

Trump accused “radical left lunatics” and the “autopen” of authorizing radical legislation during the Biden years.

“This government was illegally run for four years,” Trump remarked.
