President Donald Trump decried the “rigged” election of 2020 in bold new remarks delivered at a rally in Mendon, Illinois, on Saturday night.

“They refuse to mention the election fraud and all of the irregularities,” he told the crowd. “There has never been anything like what took place in 2020. They used Covid to rig and steal an election.”

Saturday night’s rally was packed with thousands of supporters who braved sweltering temperatures to hear the 45th president speak.

President Trump continued, “It’s all just a continuation of the fake Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax Number One, Impeachment Hoax Number two, and the fake Mueller investigation – do you remember after two and a half years? No collusion. We found no collusion. Eighteen angry Democrats, all prosecutors. They found no collusion.”

He also said, “Elections, as you know, have consequences.”

“I ran twice,” Trump additionally remarked. “I won twice, and I did much better the second time, getting millions and millions more votes than I did the first time.”
