President Donald Trump pushed back against Joe Biden’s remarks against the MAGA movement, vowing Wednesday that the MAGA movement will “win in 2024” and “Make America Great Again.”
The 45th president blasted Biden’s presidential campaign announcement, labeling it a “prepackaged video” that required “7 takes to get it ‘right,’ if right is what you want to call it.”
Trump added that Biden’s campaign announcement included a statement claiming that Trump and the MAGA movement threaten democracy.
During his reelection campaign video, Biden stated, “Around the country, MAGA are lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms; cutting Social Security that you paid for your entire life while cutting taxes for the very wealthy, dictating what health care decisions women can make, banning books, and telling people who they can love — all while making it more difficult for you to be able to vote.”
While Biden has labeled Trump and MAGA Republicans as threats to democracy, Trump said Biden is the real threat to Democracy.
“He is grossly incompetent and basically, doesn’t have a clue,” Trump said. “We are now a nation in serious decline, a nation that has lost its way. We are led by a hopeless person, but we will win in 2024 and, Make America Great Again!”
Following Biden’s reelection campaign announcement, Trump responded, saying, “It is almost inconceivable that Biden would even think of running for re-election.” Trump added that the “damage” done by the Biden administration in “just a few short years” is more significant than the damage done by “the five worst presidents” in the nation’s history combined.
In response to Biden’s reelection announcement, the 45th president called Biden the “single worst president in American history.” He urged his supporters to donate to his campaign to help defeat Biden in the 2024 presidential election.
“With YOUR help, today will be the moment his presidency begins its END,” a Trump campaign release stated.
