President Donald J. Trump’s son, Eric, revealed on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon that the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels, according to an order that was just released around 3:00 p.m. EDT.

Eric Trump added, “This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.”

This news comes as President Trump is arraigned in Manhattan court, pleading not guilty to 34 charges related to allegedly falsifying business records related to Stormy Daniels hush money case, according to Fox News.

In March 2022, the 9th Circuit awarded President Trump $245,209.67 and upheld a previous award of $292,052.33 for his fees incurred in a lawsuit filed by Stormy Daniels.

“Today, the 9th Circuit issued yet another attorney fees ruling in my favor against Stephanie Clifford (AKA “Stormy Daniels”)—this time, awarding me $245,209.67 for my fees incurred in her 9th Circuit appeal of her failed lawsuit against me,” he wrote in a statement just over a year ago.

This is a developing story.
