Lara Trump debuted a new show on Fox News on Saturday which was met with enthusiastic support from audiences.

“My View with Lara Trump” premiered at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time and drew record ratings with a total of 2.4 million viewers.

President Trump congratulated his daughter-in-law by sharing the news on Truth Social.

Nielsen data shows viewers brought in by Lara’s show vastly exceeded those for Saturday shows on competing networks such as CNN and MSNBC. “My View with Lara Trump” reached an audience 17 times bigger than that reached by MSNBC programming for the same hour.

The show featured prominent female leaders within the Trump administration including Attorney General Pam Bondi, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and the recently confirmed Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

The show is breaking new ground as the first major network show to be hosted by the relative of a sitting president.

Lara Trump has said she plans to use the show to interview the influential figures within the administration. She served a crucial role during the presidential campaign as co-chair of the Republican National Committee.

As the mother of two young children, she ultimately decided hosting a show at Fox News would be the best choice for her and her family.

“My View with Lara Trump” will provide insight for those interested in the inner working of the White House, as she says she plans to feature the “movers and shakers” within the administration. The show will continue to air on Saturdays at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
