President Trump delivered a hefty dose of common sense in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Saturday, encouraging a return to “patriotic protectionism,” which would elevate the needs of the United States above all else.

“It’s time for a rebirth of loyalty to our country,” he declared.

Trump spoke to eager supporters inside the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Cedar Rapids Convention Complex, discussing foreign policy, American manufacturing, trade, and the recent astronomical violence brought into Israeli territory by ruthless Hamas terrorists.

“Nationalism’s not a bad word, either,” Trump added, referring to what it means to put America First.

He promised that under a Trump administration, healthy patriotic nationalism “will be the American way and the American way of life again!”

The president also warned against the escalating violence spreading across the globe, especially as Hamas has made their move against Israel whilst Russia continues their invasion of Ukraine.

“I’m the only one who will prevent World War III,” Trump vowed. “…That will be a war with the weaponry the likes of which the world has never seen before.”

He noted that the weapons were so horrific that people would “need God” to survive the potential fallout.

“If the election weren’t rigged you wouldn’t have Ukraine – you wouldn’t have any of it,” he decried, noting that none of the country’s problems would have occurred if he was in the Oval Office instead of Joe Biden.
