45 urges unified rejection of old GOP: ‘the Republican Party is NEVER going back’ to weak establishment candidates

President Donald Trump declared on Sunday night that the days of weakness and establishment politicians were done and gone, speaking with energy and enthusiasm to a packed house of supporters in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Trump said told likely Granite State primary voters that with their vote, “you can declare that the Republican Party is NEVER going back to the days of a weak establishment candidate.”

He added that Americans were done with candidates who “preach” about cutting Social Security while simultaneously spending “trillions and trillions of dollars” on endless, foreign wars.

He stated, “We’re NEVER going back…these are misguided people…we’re never going back to the days of globalist RINOs…”

The president’s speech was the first robust campaign event that he delivered remarks at on the heels of Gov. Ron DeSantis’s, R-Fla., decision to suspend his 2024 presidential campaign on Sunday.

The president responded to the news earlier in the day, but he offered some new thoughts about it onstage on Rochester. He said he appreciated DeSantis’s subsequent endorsement and noted that he was “looking forward” to working with the Florida governor to focus on defeating “Crooked Joe Biden.”

He called on voters to reject former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who is running a presidential campaign against Trump in the 2024 GOP primary. “If you want a losing candidate who puts America LAST, vote for Nikki Haley,” he commented.
