The Biden administration admitted to yet another egregious blunder this week when they posted a photo on social media that showed the faces of U.S. Army Special Forces’ elite “Delta Force” in Israel.
According to a report from Fox News, the Biden administration posted the photo online of Joe Biden shaking hands with the military team, and then issued a statement to the outlet, explaining, “As soon as this was brought to our attention, we immediately deleted the photo. We regret the error and any issues this may have caused.”
However, the “error” in question is no small thing. Exposing the identities of Special Forces members not only places their lives in danger but, potentially, the lives of their families. Per Fox, the photo received hundreds of thousands of views before its deletion roughly one hour later. In other words, the damage has already been done.
Conservative commentator Steven Crowder commented on X, “The White House just doxxed the Delta Force fighters that Biden sent to find hostages. This is a major national security threat. How incompetent can these people actually be?”
The photo was posted on Instagram, and a screenshot of the original post, along with the now-blurred-out photos of the Special Forces team meeting with Biden and shaking his hand. has been circulating ever since.
The New York Post reported that the U.S. special operators who met with Biden were in Israel with the mission of finding and rescuing hostages who had been taken by brutal Hamas terrorists. According to the outlet, at least 203 hostages are being held by Hamas in the wake of their initial incursion into Israeli territory.
Joe Biden traveled to Israel this week, where he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as other government officials amidst the country’s preparations for a ground offensive against Hamas terrorists embedded in Gaza, Reuters confirmed.
