Amidst the chaos of war in the Middle East, Joe Biden has left U.S. citizens stranded in Israel after making them pay to depart from the country, demanding citizens sign a promissory note.
The U.S. State Department’s Consular Affairs Crisis Management System (CACMS) reportedly emailed American citizens stranded in Israel and seeking departure. The email explained that the government did have a plan to assist citizens in leaving. However, they would not foot the bill, requiring citizens to sign a promissory note before departing, agreeing to pay the government back.
The Gateway Pundit reported the email: “Travelers should be prepared to arrange their own lodging at the safe location and pay for their own onward travel from the third country to their chosen destination.” The email explains further what assistance the government will provide. It read, “Departure assistance is provided via a loan from the U.S. government, which requires travelers to sign a promissory note (an agreement to repay) prior to departure.”
Biden is already in the hot seat for his secret nuclear negations with Iran, which the Committee on Oversight and Accountability will be investigating. On top of the $6 billion paid in assets to Iran, ABC News reported that Biden approved four rounds of aid to Ukraine totaling $113 billion and has just requested another $24 billion from Congress. So, Biden has U.S. taxpayer dollars to send to Ukraine but not to use for the benefit of U.S. citizens.
Yitz Friedman, communications manager at the American Accountability Foundation, told The Gateway Pundit his experience asking the U.S. for help when trying to leave Israel. He said, “Our original flight was canceled. While Poland, Hungary, Brazil, Romania, and other countries sent planes to bring their citizens home from the war zone, our government told us to fend for ourselves. I literally called our embassy asking for help and was essentially told to pound sand.”
Friedman also explained that they would have been in serious trouble if it hadn’t been for President Trump’s Abraham Accords. Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., has called to reelect President Trump amidst the Israel-Hamas crisis, saying, “Israel has no greater ally in the White House than the Trump administration, and his commitment to the Jewish people never wavered. We need TRUMP back in the White House.”
