Now-former President Joe Biden preemptively pardoned five of his family members who were being investigated by the House Oversight Committee on suspicion of influence peddling.

According to Axios, the pardons were issued just minutes before Biden left the White House on Trump’s Inauguration Day. Both of Joe Biden’s brothers, James and Francis, as well as his sister Valerie Biden, were pardoned along with Valerie’s husband John Owens, and Sarah Jones Biden, James’ wife.

The House Oversight Committee spent months collecting evidence regarding an alleged crime family organization that compromised U.S. national security.

This came just after Biden preemptively pardoned Dr. Anthony Faucci, the members of the Jan. 6 Select Committee, and U.S. Gen. Mark Milley, via RSBN.

Last month, Biden’s use of Presidential powers was questioned when he issued a blanket pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, per the New York Post. This pardoned him for any crimes he may have committed over a 10-year span.

Each of these measures sparked criticism from America First conservatives who witnessed Joe Biden claim, “No one is above the law,” on multiple occasions.
