Joe Biden visited the Sunshine State this week, where he reportedly fundraised at an event at The Pelican Club in Jupiter, Florida.
According to a video shared on social media, Biden was greeted in Jupiter by MAGA supporters who gathered on the streets with flags. One Floridian yelled, “Let’s go, Brandon!” as Biden’s motorcade passed.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Biden criticized his top political opponent, President Donald Trump, at the fundraiser and told donors, “I think we can win Florida.”
Biden’s claim that he has a chance at winning the Sunshine State in a general election rematch with Donald Trump is laughable because Florida has cemented itself as Trump country.
The polls
The most recent general election poll from Redfield & Wilton Strategies shows President Trump is polling at least 11 points over Biden in Florida.
Although Trump is not technically the GOP presidential nominee yet, his path to win the party’s nomination is clear.
Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley remains the only GOP contender in the race to attempt to challenge President Trump for the title, and she will likely be forced to suspend her campaign after what will prospectively be a crushing defeat in the South Carolina primary.
Trump has already swept away other candidates’ hopes of competing for the nomination on the heels of historic back-to-back victories in the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire GOP primary.
Clearly, Trump is set for a rematch with Joe Biden at the ballot box in November, and in Florida, he is enjoying a sizable lead among voters there.
Trump’s momentum is unprecedented
A recent survey from YouGov indicated that U.S. adults fully expect President Donald Trump to be the Republican Party’s presidential nominee in 2024.
Their survey found that 64 percent of Americans believe that Trump will be the GOP’s fighter to go head-to-head with the Democrat machine, while only 12 percent thought Nikki Haley would be the nation’s choice.
The momentum Trump has in the GOP primary is also reflected broadly in national polls. The latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult data surveying the general election found that Trump had strong leads in seven integral battleground states: North Carolina, Nevada, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
Trump’s strong and early leads in those states indicate the growing swell of populist support coalescing around his 2024 presidential bid.
This bodes ill for Joe Biden headed into November, especially in Florida, where Republican voters outnumber Democrats by at least 100,000 registrations, as reported by RSBN.
