President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that he would be departing Monday to New York, headed to Trump Tower before his arraignment on Tuesday morning.

According to a report from Newsmax, security in Manhattan has been tightened ahead of Trump’s arrival in New York, as he is expected to be photographed and fingerprinted before he appears in front of the judge overseeing the case, which revolves around years-old allegations of “hush money” paid to Stormy Daniels.

As reported by RSBN, protests and rallies are expected to be held in New York on Tuesday as the president arrives in Manhattan. Trump is also scheduled to deliver post-arraignment remarks on Tuesday evening from Mar-a-Lago. His press conference is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. EDT.

Via Newsmax, Trump Force One, the president’s signature Boeing 757, was seen at the West Palm Beach airport. Jason Miller, a senior advisor to President Trump, shared pictures on social media of passionate Trump supporters who lined the side of the road along the motorcade route to the airport:

A spokesperson for President Trump, Karoline Leavitt, told the National Report on Newsmax, “Donald Trump is the only candidate, on both sides of the aisle, that the establishment is viciously attacking and going after. Why? Because he’s the only candidate that can fix this weaponization of our government and failed policies of the Biden administration.”
