Detroit welcomes President Trump with open arms at 180 Church

by Grace Saldana

A large crowd gave President Trump a warm welcome to the city of Detroit when he took the stage at 180 Church on Saturday.

When President Trump entered the room, the crowd broke out in powerful “TRUMP!” cheers as he joined the roundtable with conservative leaders in the black community.

President Trump appealed to black American voters, telling them that illegal immigrants are “coming into your community and they’re taking your jobs.” He continued, “They’re affecting African Americans and Hispanic Americans more than any other group.”

Earlier on Saturday, President Trump’s campaign launched a “Black Americans for Trump” coalition as part of their outreach efforts to America’s black community.
