President Donald Trump spoke out against being indicted yet again for questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election and seeking to combat potential election irregularities.

According to Politico, Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump on the same four charges as the previous case but removed certain allegations. The new indictment no longer accuses the 45th president of utilizing the Justice Department to overturn his loss, and filed the new charges three days before the legal deadline on Tuesday, via Fox News.

Trump posted about the situation in a series of comments on Truth Social. He stated, “In an effort to resurrect a “dead” Witch Hunt in Washington, D.C., in an act of desperation, and in order to save face, the illegally appointed “Special Counsel” Deranged Jack Smith, has brought a ridiculous new Indictment against me, which has all the problems of the old Indictment, and should be dismissed IMMEDIATELY.”

“For them to do this immediately after our Supreme Court Victory on Immunity and more, is shocking. I’ve also been informed by my attorneys, that you’re not even allowed to bring cases literally right before an Election – A direct assault on Democracy!” He added in another post.

On July 1, RSBN reported that the Supreme Court ruled to uphold presidential immunity for the president, but that is just one concern he addressed.

He called out the hypocrisy of naming this case the “‘Conspiracy to Obstruct the 2020 Presidential Election,’ when they are the ones that did the obstructing of the Election.”

He added, “Interestingly, this comes at the exact same time as Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook has admitted to concealing massive amounts of information, such as Hunter Biden’s Laptop from Hell, which is a direct acknowledgment that the 2020 Presidential Election was MANIPULATED and RIGGED by the DOJ.”

The day before Smith filed the new indictment, RSBN reported that Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the Biden administration pressured him to censor Americans over political content during the 2020 election season.

Trump wrote, that these tactics are known in third-world countries, and “the whole case should be thrown out and dismissed on Presidential Immunity grounds, as already ruled unequivocally by the U.S. Supreme Court.”

“No Presidential Candidate, or Candidate for any Office, has ever had to put up with all of this Lawfare and Weaponization directly out of the Office of a Political Opponent,” he added in a follow-up post.

He described how the Justice Department has organized an effort to “Interfere with the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election” for his opponent through the use of local district attorneys and attorney generals.

“This travesty is now on Comrade Kamala Harris, who is actively pushing it, rather than immediately calling for its dismissal, as should be done,” he concluded.
