During a press conference on Thursday, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy roasted Joe Biden with a question that targeted new reports that classified documents were discovered in Biden’s garage in Wilmington, Delaware.
“Classified materials next to your corvette? What were you thinking?” Doocy asked.
This batch of classified documents comes after a number of documents with classified markings were previously discovered at the Penn Biden Center in November 2022, as reported by RSBN.
Biden responded to Doocy’s question: “…By the way, my corvette’s in a locked garage. Okay, so it’s not like it’s sitting out in the street.”
Biden also confirmed that the documents had indeed been in the garage, “as well as my Corvette.”
He added, “As I said earlier this week, people know that I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said we’re cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department’s review.”
Biden also confirmed that the Justice Department discovered a “small number of documents with classified markings in storage areas, in file cabinets in my home in my…personal library.”
Conservatives were quick to weigh in on this new shocking development because the classified documents found by the Justice Department would have reportedly been taken by Biden when he was vice president.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., commented on Twitter, “Vice Presidents can NOT declassify information and Joe Biden possessing classified docs means he stole them. This is the 3rd place Biden’s own people are exposing his theft of classified docs. Usually Democrats bleach, shred, and burn, why are they turning on him?”
The Trump War Room further added, “You only store documents in the garage if you’re deliberately trying to hide them.”
According to a report from Fox News, Attorney General Merrick Garland has tasked the U.S. Attorney from the Northern District of Illinois, John Lausch, to investigate the situation.
