Elon Musk is set to donate a whopping $45 million per month to a super PAC backing President Donald Trump, according to a new report.

America PAC, co-founded by Joe Lonsdale, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, former U.S. ambassador to Canada Kelly Craft and her husband, Joe Craft, are the leaders of the effort, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The PAC emphasizes registering voters in battleground states to counter Democratic voting efforts ahead of the November election.

The new super PAC was established in Texas in May. Its efforts have already raised $8.75 million by the end of the year’s second quarter.

Musk previously stated that he did not plan to donate to either Joe Biden or President Donald Trump’s campaigns. The Tesla and SpaceX founder changed his view on Saturday following an assassination attempt against Trump during his Pennsylvania rally.

“I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery,” Musk wrote on X alongside a video from the shooting.

In a later post, Musk added, “Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt.”

Musk has also reportedly been a major donor to the victims of the Saturday assassination attempt. He donated $100,000 to a GoFundMe page authorized by Trump. The fundraiser has already collected over $4.7 million on behalf of the tragedy’s victims.

The victims in the shooting included 50-year-old former fire chief Corey Comperatore, 50, of Sarver, PA. Two additional men were injured, including 57-year-old David Dutch of New Kensington and 74-year-old James Copenhaver of Moon Township, both listed in stable condition.

“These victims and their families are certainly in our thoughts today,” said Colonel Christopher Paris, Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner, in a news release revealing the identities of the victims. “The Pennsylvania State Police continue to work tirelessly alongside our federal, state and local partners as this investigation continues.”

According to Forbes, Musk’s net worth is about $252 billion. In addition to leading SpaceX and owning X (formerly Twitter), Musk also leads EV automaker Tesla.
