Republicans are far outpacing Democrats in the Arizona House of Representatives races, indicating that the GOP is riding a red wave of momentum that will likely rocket them to victory at the ballot box.
According to a report from Just the News, Republicans have raised 88 percent more than Democrats have in the House races, showing that voters in Arizona are looking for strong, conservative candidates that will protect election integrity.
For example, Mark Finchem, who is running as a Republican candidate for Secretary of State, has made election integrity the focal point of his campaign and is even strongly calling for the decertification of the results of the 2020 presidential election in Arizona.
“Clear and convincing evidence shows that illegal acts occurred in the elections in Maricopa, Pima, and Yuma Counties, and that the margin of error exceeds the margin of victory,” his official petition states.
Finchem, perhaps unsurprisingly, has been the most successful GOP candidate in terms of fundraising, contributing to the overall $1.45 million raised by Republican candidates and officeholders, according to the Just the News report. Finchem individually raised $675,810 for the Republican Party.
The issue of election integrity is at the forefront of many voters’ minds in America, and Arizona itself was thrust into the spotlight last year after a forensic audit revealed that staggering election fraud occurred throughout multiple counties.
Maricopa County alone identified hundreds of thousands of problematic ballots that never should have been counted in the election. For example, at least 255,323 ballots were “not located.” An independent audit completed by consulting firm Cyber Ninjas further identified 86,326 votes by people who had no matching fingerprints in the government database.
Arizona Republicans, like Mark Finchem, who are running for office are popular with potential voters who are eager to see election reform brought to the Grand Canyon State, and the fundraising numbers prove it.
