The nation came together on Tuesday to remember Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk on what would have been his 32nd birthday, prompting an outpouring of remembrance, appreciation, and kind tributes to the late free speech advocate and man of faith.
Kirk was assassinated on September 10, 2025, while participating in a Turning Point event at Utah Valley University. He was killed while engaging in a peaceful civic discussion about political issues.
Turning Point Chief of Staff and close friend of Kirk, Mikey McCoy, wrote a moving tribute on X. He said, “…Yours was a life so well lived, Charlie. A life of deep, holy, conviction and bold, selfless courage. You poured yourself out for others in your living… You left the world with its eyes turned toward Jesus in your dying… The greatest aim and ultimate goal of every believer.”
“Relatable” podcast host offered a tribute, as well. She stated, “Happy birthday, Charlie. We all really miss you down here, but I am so happy you get to spend this day with Jesus.”
Other close friends and allies of Kirk commemorated his birthday on Tuesday – friends like Andrew Kolvet (Executive Producer of “The Charlie Kirk Show”), Donald Trump Jr., and Jack Posobiec (Human Events Senior Editor).
“Happy birthday Charlie,” Trump Jr. wrote, attaching a photo of himself and Kirk standing in Greenland. “We miss you!”
Posobiec posted, “Today would have been Charlie’s 32nd birthday[.] Charlie will be forever 31 because a violent leftist sought to silence his words with a bullet[.] But they failed[.] Charlie’s voice is louder than ever, and his TPUSA legacy will endure forever[.]”
Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs (R) offered a tribute on X, writing, “Happy birthday, Charlie. May we all aspire to live as boldly and fearlessly as you did.”
