President Trump will hit the campaign trail again on Friday, rallying with supporters in Council Bluffs, Iowa, for another signature Trump rally ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
The campaign stated, “On Friday, President Trump returns to Council Bluffs, Iowa where he will tout his incredible record of fearlessly defending Iowa farmers and delivering for Iowa’s agriculture and Ethanol industries. President Trump previously announced endorsements from over 150 elected officials and grassroots leaders in all 99 counties in the Hawkeye State.”
Further, the Trump campaign announced that it would be joining over 30 Independence Day parades in Iowa.
The president’s return to Iowa comes amid his dominating primary poll position. According to National Research, Trump holds a whopping 36-point lead in the state among GOP voters who were asked who the best candidate was to “improve the economy.”
Trump additionally dominated a McLaughlin & Associates poll, which found that the 45th president increased his support among Republican presidential caucus voters to a staggering 60 percent, giving him a 27-point lead over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).
President Trump’s rally will be held at the MidAmerica Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Friday, July 7. Doors to the event will open at 10:00 a.m. ET and the program is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m.
President Trump is expected to deliver remarks at 1:00 p.m. ET.
