Hunter Biden’s plea deal “appears to be dead and off the table” after Wednesday’s hearing stalled.

RNC Research tweeted a CNN clip that noted, “This investigation is very much still ongoing.”

Fox News had reported that Biden was expected to make his first court appearance for the plea deal and accept misdemeanor charges for tax-related crimes.

However, the hearing went to recess after a long process, and Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins noted that the gun charge and the tax charges could lead to complications, so the judge asked if an ongoing investigation was currently being executed regarding Biden.

The judge seemed unsettled by allowing a plea deal that could affect current investigations, and the plea deal is now up in the air.
