The State of Texas has criminally charged over 200 illegal aliens who caused a violent riot while invading the United States.

On March 21, hundreds of illegals charged Gate 36 in El Paso, Texas, in an attempt to gain a permanent stay in the U.S. The traumatic event was caught on video as illegal immigrants destroyed razor wire and overpowered five Texas National Guardsmen. As a result of the raid, U.S. property was damaged, and military personnel were injured.

According to El Paso District Attorney Bill Hicks, “destruction of property” and the “violence” of the group are his top concerns. “That group moved forward in a way that caused damage to National Guardsmen,” stated Hicks on Tuesday in a press conference.

Hicks, an appointed District Attorney by Governor Greg Abbott, R-Texas, expounded further on the injuries suffered by the National Guardsmen.

“Guardsmen were punched in the face, they stomped on the knees of Guardsmen-that can result in permanent injuries.” Additionally, “one tried to get a gun away from a Guardsman – we don’t have to talk about how dangerous that is,” said Hicks.

In total, 222 rioters were arrested and are now awaiting prosecution. As reported by Gov. Abbott, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed it will assume authority over the arrestees. Upon extradition, ICE “will start deportation proceedings against all of them.”

Unfortunately, this is not the first account of illegal immigrants attempting to break into the West Texas region.

On March 12, 2023, a minimum of 1,000 people blitzed the Paso Del Norte Bridge in El Paso, Texas, in hopes of illegally entering America. Witnesses reported the masses breaching beyond the Mexican side of the Del Norte bridge. In addition, a division of them tried to cross into the United States through the Rio Grande River.
