In wake of the Durham report, Deep State corruption MUST be rooted out of America’s federal agencies

It is difficult to discern if the America that we know and love still exists. In the wake of the final Durham report that was released on Monday, the continued corruption of U.S. federal agencies has been laid bare, shocking the world with the evidence of unfettered collusion that took place between the FBI, the DOJ, the intelligence community, and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Special Counsel John Durham has been investigating the activities relating to the intelligence community and its subsequent investigations surrounding the 2016 claims that Donald Trump was colluding with Russian entities.

“The Office’s investigation was broad and extensive,” the report detailed. “It included investigative work both domestically and overseas. It entailed obtaining large document productions from businesses, firms, government agencies, universities, political campaigns, internet service providers, telephone companies, and individuals. The Office interviewed hundreds of individuals, many on multiple occasions.”

The report illustrates in damning detail just how well America’s three-letter agencies worked together to smear the name of a political opponent, despite the lack of evidence to support the launch of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, as pointed out by Durham.

At this point, the weaponization of federal agencies has reached a fever pitch. There is no turning back or turning away from what has been revealed in the Durham report. If America cannot restore integrity to its halls of justice and its intelligence community, equal treatment under the law will be lost forever.

Fixing the system

Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn wrote on Twitter following the release of the Durham report, “America is pissed. Trump is pissed. I’m pissed. And all rightly so after the release of the Durham report. How do we get our country back and our duly elected POTUS? The ‘missteps’ Durham said have been fixed are still in place (don’t kid yourself). The FBI needs to be completely shut down and it must happen in any new administration that enters the WH. Ideas about reform are fine but not until a complete shut down occurs.”

Perhaps the most disturbing conclusion from the Durham report is the following statement:

“…the government possessed no verified intelligence reflecting that Trump or the Trump campaign was involved in a conspiracy or collaborative relationship with officials of the Russian government. Indeed, based on the evidence gathered in the multiple exhaustive and costly federal investigations of these matters, including the instant investigation, neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.”

In other words, the evidence to launch the investigation into Trump’s purported collusion with Russia never existed in the first place, according to Durham. Just the News reported that in 2017, former CIA Director John Brennan told the House Intelligence Committee that he “encountered and am aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts between Russian officials and U.S. persons involved in the Trump campaign.”

The Durham report patently refutes the claim that any such information or intelligence existed.

“All party’s political candidates running for POTUS must have the complete restoration of faith in the federal government as their top priority,” Flynn continued. “No more games. And people that committed crimes such as treason and/or sedition against the American people must be held accountable (all of them). There will be no statute of limitations and no rocks to hide under.”

Today’s federal agencies appear to be so infected with corruption and rot that it seems unlikely that it can be swept away with a singular slap on the wrist. “This report does not recommend any wholesale changes in the guidelines and policies that the Department and the FBI now have in place to ensure proper conduct and accountability in how counterintelligence activities are carried out,” Durham concluded.

Instead, his recommendation was this: “As such, the answer is not the creation of new rules but a renewed fidelity to the old.”

Can the FBI, the DOJ, and beyond be trusted to get their affairs in order and suddenly decide to embrace the bureau’s motto of “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity” again?

Shutting it down and draining the swamp

When American colonists in the 18th century faced a tyrannical British government, they declared their independence and formed their own nation. Americans today face a similar situation: their government has been weaponized against them.

Flynn stated, “If the DOJ doesn’t go after those who perpetrated these crimes (including the current POTUS), we no longer have a system of Justice that is responsive to the needs of the American people. The Rule of Law that I fought for will be dead.”

If justice is dead in America, then it is time for a renewal of the ideals and values of liberty. “We either have a fair, unbiased and functioning justice system or we live under the yoke of tyranny ruled by a small group of oligarch elites who want to dictate how we will live as a nation,” he continued.

It may not be enough to demand change from America’s three-letter agencies and unelected bureaucrats. It may be time to retire them altogether and implement free and fair agencies in their place.

President Donald Trump has boldly addressed this very topic, setting forth a strong 10-point plan that would drain the Washington swamp by establishing executive authority over “rogue bureaucrats.”

His plan, which is part of his Agenda47 2024 policy platform, would launch a crackdown on government document leakers, independently separate inspector general offices from the departments they oversee, and establish an independent auditing system that would monitor American intelligence agencies and their operations.

“The departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be completely overhauled so that faceless bureaucrats will never again be able to target and persecute conservatives, Christians, or the left’s political enemies, which they’re doing now at a level that nobody can believe even possible,” Trump said in March.

To preserve freedom, the people who hold the keys of power in this constitutional republic must get involved with their communities and work to educate their neighbors on their God-given rights and liberties.

“This report must be a rally cry for all freedom-loving Americans, of all parties and persuasions… If we do not fight back now, the America we love may be lost forever,” Gen. Flynn advised.

The only way out is through, and the Durham report has given Americans yet another reason to kick federal corruption to the curb and embrace transparency, integrity, and accountability like never before.
