Kanye West still supports President Trump

The rapper who once famously donned a MAGA hat says he still has love for 45.

“I’ve still got a red hat on today, I’ll let y’all know that,” Kanye told Revolt TV host N.O.R.E. on Thursday. “I might not got it on [at the moment], but I’ll let y’all know where I stand.”

Kanye first publicly came out in support of President Trump’s America First agenda in 2018 when he was pictured wearing the red MAGA hat while leaving his office in Calabasas, Calif.

“You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him,” Kanye tweeted at the time. “We are both dragon energy. He is my brother.”

Since then, Kanye ran for President as an Independent, unsuccessfully.

Recently, in October, Kanye was seen in New York City at an Upper East Side restaurant with former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

The two were pictured in Page Six sipping on coffee at the swanky cafe Sant Ambroeus while Cohen completes his stint on house arrest after lying to Congress and committing tax evasion and fraud.

While Kanye operates in a mysterious manner at times, his political beliefs were made abundantly clear during his 2020 run, and they align with faith and pro-life positions that President Trump also shows.

“Jesus loves everyone,” Kanye said on his 2020 presidential platform. “When I close my eyes, I see our God providing us with a bright future. I feel like a kid the night before Christmas when I think about our future.”
