Kari Lake teases Trump’s return: ‘Superman’s coming back’

by Summer Lane

Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake joined President Trump onstage at a Save America rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona, on Friday night, and encouraged the audience to “fight back” against the political establishment.

“President Trump taught us how to fight and I took a few notes,” she said. “He showed us how to do it…Republicans need to fight back!”

She added, “Now listen, we can’t sit back and wait for Superman to come in and rescue us right now…each and every one of us has to get involved; use your God-given gifts to get involved to save this country.”

Lake called for bringing God back into American culture during her standalone remarks.

Lake caveated her statement with a grin, turning toward President Trump and continuing, “I do believe that Superman’s coming back – and hopefully, he’s coming back soon.”

The crowd erupted into cheers.

“And when he does,” she went on, “we’re gonna be right there by his side…”

Friday’s Prescott Valley rally was a packed house, with supporters crowded both inside and outside the venue. Trump campaigned for his endorsed America First candidates like Kari Lake, Senate candidate Blake Masters, attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh and secretary of state candidate Mark Finchem.

“Kari Lake is strong and she’s proud and she’s a tremendous defender of election integrity and she will not let anybody down,” Trump said. “She won’t allow elections to be rigged and stolen.”
