‘Let’s go, Brandon!’: That is the cheer sweeping the nation, and now the world. After weeks of appearing throughout various American sporting events, the ubiquitous chant was recently heard on the streets of Germany.
Jason Miller, CEO of GETTR and former senior advisor to President Trump, tweeted a video showing Germans chanting “Let’s go Brandon!”
“When #LetsGo Brandon goes global!” Miller wrote.
The popular “Lets Go, Brandon Chant!” went viral following a recent NASCAR race where fans could be heard shouting “F*** Joe Biden!” in the background of NBC’s live post-race interview with the winner. However, NBC reporter Kelli Stavast claimed that the crowd was chanting “Let’s go Brandon!” in support of race winner Brandon Brown.
The “F*** Joe Biden!” chant that began at college football games, quickly spread to NASCAR races, baseball games, and concerts. Now, it has gone global.
Across the Atlantic Ocean, the chant recently appeared in the streets of Rome, as well.
Recently anti-vaccine mandate protesters began shouting out the “F*** Joe Biden!” chant as they strolled past the American embassy.
A British citizen, whose parents allegedly died from vaccine-related complications, tweeted a video of the Italian protestors chanting Americans’ new favorite catchphrase.
Many Italians are upset with their government for imposing some of the strictest vaccine mandates in the world.
CBS News reported, “Central Rome was gripped with violence this weekend as thousands of protesters marched against the toughest new vaccine mandates in the world. All Italians will soon be required to show a coronavirus “Green Pass,” proving either vaccination, recovery in the past six months, or a negative COVID-19 test from the past 48 hours to enter their workplaces.”
Joe Biden has disappointed many people around the world—especially America’s allies. He has lost credibility for his mishandling of the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan and tarnishing of the U.S. alliance with the French over a nuclear submarine deal with Australia, among many other foreign policy disasters.
It should come as no surprise that the “Let’s Go Brandon!” and “F*** Joe Biden!” chants have gone global considering the Biden administration’s surmounting international mistakes.
