MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell praised the Wisconsin Supreme Court Saturday for ruling that ballot drop boxes are illegal – a decision he believes will set the stage for similar rulings in other states.
“It’s a very big ruling because now we can circle back to Arizona and Pennsylvania,” Lindell told RSBN while awaiting the start of President Donald Trump’s Save America rally in Anchorage, Alaska.
The ruling, handed down Friday, held that Wisconsin’s current election laws require voters to either mail or hand-deliver their absentee ballots to their local clerk’s office.
Noting that other states like Pennsylvania and Arizona also used drop boxes to collect ballots, Lindell said that Wisconsin’s ruling established a justification for decertifying the 2020 election results in Wisconsin and those other states.
“Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin should be decertified immediately,” he said. “There shouldn’t even be a doubt.”
According to the Arizona Secretary of State’s office, absentee ballots can be legally returned via ballot drop boxes. Whereas, Pennsylvania law requires voters to either hand-deliver or mail their ballots themselves, save those with a disability who have designated someone in writing to deliver their ballot for them.
While it remains to be seen whether the courts will take up a similar case in Pennsylvania or Arizona, Friday’s ruling does present an important question: If the ballot drop boxes in Wisconsin were illegal, are the state’s 2020 election results null-and-void?
According to President Donald Trump, the court’s ruling means that he was the true winner in Wisconsin.
“This means I won the very closely contested (not actually!) Wisconsin Presidential race because they used these corrupt and scandal-ridden Scam Boxes,” the president said via Truth Social on Friday.
He followed up that message Saturday by writing: “Speaker Robin Vos has a decision to make! Does Wisconsin RECLAIM the Electors, turn over the Election to the actual winner (by a lot!), or sit back and do nothing as our Country continues to go to HELL? Brave American Patriots already have a Resolution on the Floor!”
However, whether Wisconsin’s Supreme Court overturns the 2020 presidential election results or not, one thing is clear: The many questions surrounding the election cannot be ignored any longer.
