Amid the arrest of Pentagon leaker, Jake Teixeira, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., is decrying government hypocrisy.

In a tweet Thursday she stated, “They couldn’t find the Supreme Court leaker who put Supreme Court Justices lives in danger, but magically, they can find 21-year-old low level National Guardsman “responsible” for exposing the truth about Ukraine.”

Teixeira will now likely face espionage charges, according to the New York Times, and is the center of a media whirlwind.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson went on air and noted that Teixeira is being treated “like Osama bin Laden, maybe a little worse,” per Newsweek.

But Greene is not just concerned about Teixeira, she also pointed out the hypocrisy of the United States’ current involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war.

She said, “The same people that want to take away your guns, are waging war, in a foreign country, without permission from Congress.”
