Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., has announced that she will introducing articles of impeachment against Joe Biden on Thursday, based on his failure to enforce immigration laws and secure the southern border.
Greene described the current regime as “America last,” and stated that the Biden administration “has been working since Jan. 20, 2021, to systematically destroy this country.”
She continued, “Joe Biden has deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure the southern border, allowed approximately 6 million illegals from over 160 countries to invade our country, [and] deprive Border Patrol of the necessary resources and policy sufficient to protect our country.”
The congresswoman added that Joe Biden’s administration had also “willfully refused to maintain operational control as required by the law.”
She continued, “He has allowed fentanyl – the number one killer of Americans between the age of 18 and 45 – to overwhelmingly flood into our country and kill around 300 Americans every single day. These aren’t just Americans, these are people’s family members!”
Rep. Greene also added that the Biden administration has lost contact with “approximately 85,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children.”
“Where are these kids? No one even knows,” she said.
She stated that Joe Biden was a direct threat to America’s national security, that he was unfit to serve in the office of the presidency, “and MUST be impeached.”
Greene’s intent to introduce articles of impeachment against Joe Biden caps off a busy week for the congresswoman, who introduced articles of impeachment against four individuals prior to Thursday’s announcement.
As reported by RSBN, Greene has moved to file articles of impeachment on U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves, FBI Director Christopher Wray, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, and U.S. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
She pointed to Graves’ alleged refusal to prosecute real crime in D.C. and instead pursue prosecution of Jan. 6 protestors. She also called out Wray and Garland’s weaponization of their federal agencies, as well as Secretary Mayorkas’ role in turning a blind eye to the southern border crisis.
