Elon Musk’s newly established political action committee is working to mobilize voters for former President Donald Trump in key battleground states.
America PAC, founded by Musk, endorsed Trump earlier this year and has been actively canvassing in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The group has increased its canvasser recruitment to enhance voter turnout.
According to Federal Election Commission filings, America PAC has allocated $87 million to the presidential campaign, with 61 percent dedicated to field operations.
Musk, also the owner of X and SpaceX, has emphasized door-to-door outreach over television advertising, the Washington Post noted.
In addition, the PAC is investing in direct mail campaigns to encourage voters to check their registration status and cast their ballots. The group has spent more on direct mail than all GOP state parties combined, as reported by the Post.
Canvassers have been instructed to concentrate on mobilizing Trump supporters for early voting rather than trying to persuade supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris or undecided voters. They are encouraged to promote messages that highlight Trump’s plans to lower taxes and address illegal immigration, while portraying Harris as a liberal who would raise taxes, open borders and allow criminals to go unpunished.
In response to a canvasser’s complaint about pay on X, Musk acknowledged challenges within the PAC, stating, “Sorry, so many dumb things happening. Working on fixing.”
As RSBN previously reported, America PAC is focusing its efforts in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
“At America PAC, we’re not just advocating for change; we’re driving it. Join us in our mission to promote free speech, free markets, and a merit-based society. Together, we’ll ensure that every vote counts towards a stronger, more vibrant America,” the website states.
“Join the team, pledge to vote, or spread the word— your involvement shapes our future. Let’s make history,” it adds.
The website offers a jobs section to recruit canvassers between now and election day for those seeking to help mobilize voters for President Donald Trump.
In addition to recruiting workers to canvass for voters, America PAC challenges Americans to pledge to vote in the upcoming election.
“American has the opportunity to make their voice heard at the ballot box. Join us in our commitment to preserving and enhancing the democratic principles that make our nation strong,” its website states.
